Key Responsibilities: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows Administration. Proven experience in system administration, with a focus on Linux. Installing operating systems on Blade/Tower servers with RAID. Experience in scripting to automate system administration tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Proficiency in Windows & hardware/network performance monitoring tools. Expertise in network administration and network security. Ability to configure and deploy web servers. Hardware troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of LAN infrastructure. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications. Monitoring network performance and making adjustments as needed. Collaborating with network users to solve existing system problems. Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems. Coordinating computer network access and use. Designing, configuring, and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software. Experience in desktop support, laptop support, printer, and CCTV systems. Proficiency in hardware and networking troubleshooting. Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, storage systems, and networking equipment to optimize performance, reliability, and security.
