  • Monthly Subscriptions : You can cancel your monthly subscription plan at any given point of time. Once it is cancelled, you shall continue to avail the service until the end of the billing period. You can not change the status of your cancellation once it is made.

    For example, If your billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 10th, the service shall remain available until the last date of the month and your service for the next month shall stand automatically cancelled.

  • Annual Subscriptions : An Annual Subscription Plan can be cancelled at any given time. If you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of the purchase date then you shall be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation done after this shall not be considered a cancellation.

    For example, If you cancel your annual subscription after 50 days, the service shall remain intact for the year, and no refund will be granted.

  • Customer Support : Our support team can be contacted via email at info@smartncode.com if you would like to cancel your subscription and in case of any discrepancy. Please provide your order details and a brief description of the reason for your cancellation.

    As soon as you cancel, our team will confirm your cancellation and provide additional instructions if necessary. An email confirmation will be sent to you after cancellation, and your cancellation will be reflected in your account immediately or after the current billing cycle, depending on the type of service.

2. Refund Policy

SMARTnCODE strives to achieve a fair, transparent and flexible refund policy. However, we understand that there might be a reason to sometimes cancel orders and ask for a refund

Refund for Subscription-Based Services
  • Monthly Subscriptions : Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further payments will be charged after the current billing period.

  • Annual Subscriptions : You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a cancellation request. If you cancel after 30 days, there will be no refund, but you will remain able to use the service.

Refunds will be processed within 10 - 14 business days of the request approval. You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.
